About me ...

I am a regular person living her life on purpose. I am endlessly happy and optimistic because I fail to see the logic in any other approach to life. I am grateful for my parents, grateful for my family, grateful for my friends and endlessly appreciative of everyone who I have ever crossed paths with in my journey so far. I believe that we create our own path in life through the choices that we make and that we attract into our lives exactly who we are.

I am a typical girl – I love horses and dolphins, I dislike cruelty and criticism, I can bake, but I don’t too often and I can sew, but I never do. I am a tomboy. I love a challenge and I love to compete, but only against myself. I hate to disappoint myself. I love to sweat, and I love that feeling of being sore after a workout; it reminds me that I am alive. If there are rules, I am happy to break them if the other side of the coin is ethically worthy of fighting for. If the odds are stacked against me, that is the best incentive ever. I try to do the things that I am not good at, until I am good at them, (and that is pretty much work in process) and then I decide if I really want to do them or not. I try to live with passion and not fear (not always successfully but fully aware of the difference). I am tuned into and participating in life actively; I choose my battles, I choose my challenges and I work tirelessly for what I believe in, regardless of the odds. I have spent my life thus far, eliminating the things that I do not want to do, in pursuit of my passion. Every time I think I am living my life on purpose, I find another level of myself who I have never met; it is so endlessly surprising and exciting!

Lifestyle RESTORATION Lifestyle Restoration is my attempt to fight for what I believe in. I believe that people deserve to be treated respectfully and that they deserve to be informed. I do not believe that any amount of money can buy better health – it must come from within each individual, by his or her own definition and on his or her own terms. I believe we must all be open-minded and understand that all we have is now; the past cannot be changed and the future is promised to no one. I am certain that solutions to a Healthy Lifestyle are as different as each individual person is unique. In our evolving lives, I believe we have to move forward and expect progress, regardless of what the world is telling us. I believe that there are no solutions out there - each person is the solution to their own fitness, their own health and their own happiness.

Fitness and nutrition, lifestyle and creating balance are not exact sciences; they change and grow as we do. I understand humanity and I understand the complexity of lifestyle; health, fitness, elite athletic performance can work anywhere if an individual is willing to invest in themselves.

My name is Pam Giese and I believe in optimizing the quality of life.
